| Director |
Calls the shots during shoot, choice of camera angels , direction to camera crew . |
| Editing Coordinator |
Responsible for supervising editing , ensures content is not distorted, guide editor through visuals, use of graphics, mood music, pictures, according to broadcast standards. |
| Producer |
Analyses the shooting script and highlights the high content points in the script. Works with the presenter and the Series producer in identifying high content points in the script before and during shoot,Production, post to TX. Client liaison. |
| Series Producer |
Create show ideas, Assist in sourcing
for guest, Coordinates content and script development and supervises the day to day activities of the Researcher.
Drive episode from story concept, research, production, post to TX. Client liaison.

Responsible for timing of segments in studio as well as general continuity |
| Researcher |
Assist in developing show ideas, sourcing and booking guest, compiling summaries of research and possible questions for guests in script format, compiling and delivering all materials and pictures needed for each episode |

Assist in developing show ideas, sourcing and booking guest, assist the researcher in compiling and delivering all materials needed for each episode |
| Personal Assistant to Host |
Excellent typing skills, excellent use of microsoft suite including power point, ability to work under pressure and long hour, smart and eloquent. |
| Engineer |
Attends to all technical issues, responsible for all RF, Audio / visual/electric operations |
| Asst. Engineer |
Assist the Engineer in fixing equipments and any technical issues.

| Lighting Engineer |
Rigs and Programmes the entire studio lights |
| Asst. Lighting Engineer |
Assist in fixing any lighting issues and controls the dimmer board during shoot |
| Audio Engineer |
Balances all audio frequency in the studio and responsible for good broadcast and audio frequency for the presenter, guest and audience |
| Asst. Audio Engineer |
Assists the Audio Engineer in fixing mics at their right position, monitors the output of sound in the control room and attends to any audio issues |
| Floor Manager |
Controls and coordinate the audience and passes instructions from the control room to the shooting studio, also responsible for cameras, guest and the host. He is the director's eyes and ear on the Floor. |
Production Manager |
Source for and coordinates the entire production crew. Acts as a link between the production departments and the Series Producer. |
| Production Co-Ordinator |
Responsible for getting materials for content development as well as co-ordinating guests and booking of crew |
| Mini Jib Operator |
Mini Jib Operator must be able to assemble and operate jib at a reasonable time. |
| Camera Operator |
Camera Operator , records and takes and execute instruction from the director . |
| On- line Editor |
Strings and cleans up programme for on-line edit |
| Digitizer |
Captures materias from tapes to digital media. |
| Teleprompter Operator |
Operates the Teleprompter for the use of the presenter during shoot |
| Audience warmer |
Warms up and puts the audience in the right mood for the show, prompt audince for cut away before shoot. |

| Vision Controller /Mixer |
color matching of cameras, mix, cut between cameras as directed. Executes Directors instructions.Responsible for saving material, into digital media . provides flawless visuals during the shoot. |
