Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Winners’ names will be randomly drawn from all entries received.

Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by electronic mail(email) or telephone.

 

The Moments Giveaway Competition is organized and supported by Inspire Africa (the Producers) for Moments with Mo.

The Producers reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to have acted in bad faith with respect to the promotion. The Producers reserve the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at any point in time without notice.

 

1. Entrants must be age 18 or older as of the date of entry to be eligible. Entrants will be asked, at any stage, to provide the Producers, or a third party with proof of age and/or identity.

 

2. Inspire Africa employees and/or their relatives, M-Net Staff and affiliated companies will not be eligible to participate in this promotion

 

3. The Producers reserve the right to use the name, identity, and picture of the prize winner for any promotion it deems fit and the prize winner shall not claim any remuneration or compensation in any shape or form and a release form will be signed by each prize winner.

 

4. The Producers decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

 

5. The Producers will not entertain any other prize request or cash in lieu of the prize won

 

6. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond within thirty (30) days, to the telephone/email notification of his/her winner, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to such Prize and the Producers shall have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.

 

7. Questions will be broadcast on Friday episodes.

 

8. Entries close at 6pm the following Tuesday.

 

9. The Moments Giveaway Competition is being audited by Alexander Forbes.

 

10. Winners will be responsible for the cost of collecting the Tickets/Prizes

 

11. Winners will be responsible for obtaining their visa’s themselves.
